RETURNS:

- We accept return within 30 days from the order date for a refund or exchange.
- The item(s) returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the original tag(s) attached.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please send your request with your original order information by clicking the "Contact Us" link on our website or sent an email to customersupport@safariroar.com and provide as much details as you can.
- We cannot accept your item(s) returned for a refund or exchange without first receiving your request via the steps described above.
- Customer(s) are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) to us unless otherwise specified as a promotional offer.
- Please Note: If you are shipping item(s) over $75 for a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as items can be lost during shipping.
REFUNDS:

- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will send you an email to let you know if your returned item(s) qualify for a refund.
- Your refund is processed and issued back to the original method of payment within approximately 2 business days. However, it might take up to 7 business days.
- If you have not received a refund after we processed it, please check with your bank or your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank or credit card company.
- If you have checked with your bank or credit card company and you still have not received your refund, please contact us timely by clicking the "Contact Us" link on our website or send us an email to customersupport@safariroar.com so we can ensure you receive your refund.
